The Ride
June 1st, 2025, at the Kanc Rec Center in Lincoln, NH. Registration opens at 11:00 am and the ride will begin promptly at noon.
Pedal it Purple is an annual event that happens the first Sunday of June. The Rec Center is located on Forest Ridge Rd. Turn left from Kanc Rec Rd behind the Common Man Restaurant and it’s just a little ways up the road on your right.
The event is completely free so that everyone who wants to can participate. If you would like to support the event with a donation, that would be awesome!
We do have a few bikes available for people to borrow, first come first served. If you want to make sure you have one, there are shops in town that rent bicycles. And if you think you’ll keep riding after this event, you might consider buying a used bike. If you have trouble finding one, send us a message.
If you want to walk the Green 1 mile route, that’s also perfectly ok. In fact, if you walk fast and want to walk one of the longer routes – GO FOR IT!!
There is no age limit! Children who can manage a bicycle (or even a trike!) can participate. And adults of any age are welcome to join in as well!!
Our routes are on public streets where there will be regular vehicle traffic. New Hampshire State Law requires bike safety helmets for all riders age 16 and under, and for the safety of everyone participating, we strongly recommend that all participants wear helmets during the ride. If you do not have one, please contact us and let us know so we can support you to get what you need to participate.
YES!! Pedal it Purple is open to the whole community and we will have a registration table at the event beginning at 11 am. Just show up and register on the day. Even if you don’t ride or walk one of the routes, come out and support the event and visit the tables to learn more about recovery services. It’s always helpful to have good information – you never know who might need it…
Sponsorship
We welcome your donations at any time, and will recognize all major donors at the event.
The deadline applies only to having your logo included in the t-shirts. We needed time to print these in advance of the event to be able to give them out to participants.
We have four levels of sponsorship, which you can read about on the Sponsorship Opportunities page.
We also gratefully accept gifts in kind for our raffles and silent auction!
