The Ride

June 3rd, 2023, starting at noon, at the Kanc Rec Center in Lincoln, NH.

Pedal it Purple is an annual event that happens the first weekend of June. The Rec Center is located on Forest Ridge Rd. Turn left from Kanc Rec Rd behind the Common Man Restaurant and it’s just a little ways up the road on your right.

The event is completely free so that everyone who wants to can participate. If you would like to support the event with a donation, that would be awesome!

We do have a few bikes available for people to borrow, first come first served. If you want to make sure you have one, there are shops in town that rent bicycles. And if you think you’ll keep riding after this event, you might consider buying a used bike. If you have trouble finding one, send us a message.

There is no age limit! Children who can manage a bicycle (or even a trike!) can participate. And adults of any age are welcome to join in as well!!

Our routes are on public streets where there will be regular vehicle traffic, and for the safety of everyone participating, we require that all participants wear helmets during the ride. If you do not have one, we have helmets you can borrow.

Sponsorship

No. Pedal it Purple is hosted by the Bridge Project to raise awareness for recovery and promote healthy activity. The Chamber of Commerce has offered to promote it for us in conjunction with other bike week events happening in the same time period.

We welcome your donations at any time, and will recognize all major donors at the event.

The deadline applies only to having your logo included in the t-shirts.  We needed time to print these in advance of the event to be able to give them out to participants.
